Everyone asks me the same thing. So if you live in Florida why would you want a home in Hawaii?

To me the answers are obvious. Maybe its because Kauai is seldom too hot or too muggy but still has that great tropical feel. Of that the flowers just explode off the vine. Or maybe it’s the mountains because you know we are short of those in Florida.

But really the reason is the culture of Hawaii. There is something magical about the people and music and dance and overall attitude. I've traveled greatly and there is no place as magical as Hawaii.
